Univision Tries To Paint Donald Trump As Latino-Hating Racist

Univision and Anchor Jorge Ramos did what they were expected to do after Donald Trump booted Ramos out of his press conference for being rude and obnoxious.

When you go to the Univision website, no less than 6 separate stories documenting the incident are posted on the site, all of them being anti-Trump.

The one story that is truly disingenuous to Trump, and to all Americans, including the millions of Hispanics living in the U.S. is the network trying to paint Trump as a racist.

After Ramos interrupted Trump, Trump told him to “go back to Univision.”

Here is the Spanish-to-English translation of the statement on the Univision website:

“Return to Univision.” As if it were one of the millions of undocumented workers in the US who wants to expel, Trump ordered Tuesday that Univision journalist Jorge Ramos out of its territory.-Univision

Of course Univision is where Ramos works, but the network is trying to say that Trump meant to say “go back to your country.”

“Mr. Ramos was doing what journalists have done for decades, ask questions! “ , he said in a statement Mekahlo Medina, president of the main association of US Hispanic journalists, NAHJ.

Yeah, most “journalists” with any kind of integrity respectfully wait their turn during Q & A sessions. Having been part of many press conferences like this myself, this is the first time I have ever seen a “journalist” act the way Ramos acted.

Usually this type of behavior is left to heckling activists.

As an American of Hispanic descent, I find this action by Univision to be shameful and disrespectful to all Hispanics.

Even the networks President Isaac Lee defended Ramos’ actions, saying that he has never seen this happen before.

This is the same Isaac Lee that put out at 2011 hit piece on Senator Marco Rubio, by airing a story about his brother-in-law that was arrested for Cocaine possession when Rubio was 16-years-old.

Lee is said to have aired the story in retaliation for Rubio refusing to appear on Jorge Ramos’ “Al Punto” Sunday morning show.

Watch the video of the exchange between Ramos and Trump. It is clear that Ramos has an agenda, and refused to budge from it.

Ramos embarrassed himself, Univision, and the entire Latino community.
