Ay Caramba!

Former Mexican President Vicente Fox has teamed up with a former Microsoft manager, and have "unveiled a plan" to set up a "legal pot trade" between the U.S. and Mexico.

The ex-Microsoft manger is Jamen Shively, whose Diego Pellicer, Inc., will be the first company and name brand sold in the United States, this according to Fox Latino. Shively is trying to exploit the new measure legalizing marijuana use in Washington State, a measure that has already gone into affect in Colorado.

Aside from the obvious international law issues with bringing marijuana across the border, there are also federal enforcement laws Shivley has to contend with.

“The administration steadfastly opposes legalization of marijuana and other drugs because legalization would increase the availability and use of illicit drugs, and pose significant health and safety risks to all Americans, particularly young people,” the White House’s Office of National Drug Control Policy said.-Fox Latino
